The outsourced solution offers a Human Resource function together with payroll.

We manage all statutory requirements under this model and align our strategy with the LRA amendment of 2015.

Outsourced employees are managed at the client premises and emphasis is placed on the outsourced business model and client/s are advised accordingly regarding the duration of the employees/outsourced temporary contracts.

Our Staffing

We recruit cleaners primarily in the vicinity of the area where the client is based as this provides local job creation opportunities for the surrounding communities.

Our cleaning staff are specifically trained in their area of expertise and we focus on recruiting staff suited to the profile required by the Client, taking cognizance that Covid-19 has now placed an extra demand on the level of hygiene and sanitation within businesses.

We also ensure that our Site Managers and Site Supervisors are well versed and qualified within the industry.
